許芯慈
作品多運用空間裝置、影像與雕塑詮釋對於地方的理解、記憶與身體感，以虛構或實質的行動作為呼喚感性經驗與想像的途徑，並觀察地方在認知及現實之間的流動與投射。近期創作探索移⺠者跨越地方的心理過程，以實質事物作為其精神性的比喻及象徵。許芯慈於1995年出生於臺南，現生活、工作於臺北。
JUI-TSZ SHIU
The creative practice employs spacial installation, video and sculpture to interpret physical spaces and memories tied with bodily sensations. Through observation of flowing impressions and the projection of present reality, the artist takes either fictional or physical actions to summon the passageway for experience and imagination. Her recent works explore the mental process of those moving from one place to another, taking material elements as symbols and metaphors for spirituality. Born in Tainan in 1995, Jui-Tsz Shiu currently lives and works in Taipei.
